Pregnancy and post-natal yoga

Learn a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and improve fitness. Learn Yoga as a way of keeping fit and healthy. 

All levels are welcome. It is recommended to get advice from your doctor or midwife before you exercise.

You can:

  • make friends and socialise;
  • learn new skills; and
  • have fun.

Babies can come along up to 9 months or crawling. Need a towel to practice on and a blanket for baby. Can hire towels and buy water at the studio if needed. Mats provided but can bring own mat if preferred.
