Ambassador Club Wandsworth

The Ambassador Club is where children and young people with a physical impairment can meet every six weeks to undertake activities such as music, dance, art, sports, beauty therapy, cooking, trips and a whole lot more. It is run by Whizz-kidz a national charity which helps disabled children.

The sessions offered include wheelchair skills training. There are also opportunities to sign up for the accredited  Skills for Life programme - (13-18 year olds) and take part in work experience (15-25 year olds).

Young people can:

  • make new friends;
  • increase their independence; and 
  • become a member of the Kids Board.
